Seascape Photography

One of my preferred topics of digital cameras is actually a subcategory of Scenery Photography. I'm referring to Seascape Photography.

The sea has been published about in several books, poetry and music. The sea has been the topic of plenty of artwork and art performs and since the release of the photographic camera, the sea has been the topic of many excellent photography lovers and beginner expert photographers as well.

Why a Seascape? The sea is the most highly effective energy in the world. It is able of excellent devastation and excellent elegance and often both simultaneously. The sea is a sustainer of lifestyle and able of extinguishing lifestyle similarly. Protecting more than sixty-six per cent of the earth, the sea is not only the most highly effective energy in the world but the most prominent. The ocean excellent elegance and elegance variations everybody's lifestyle in one way or another. Its clear and understandable why the sea is the topic of so much excellent art.

The sea, like man, is complete of feelings and interest. There is nothing more haunting than an upset expand loaded sea with threatening greyish air and evil white-colored caped surf. Equally there is nothing more soothing than a soothing couch potatoes sea at sundown with surf carefully capturing a coastline.

I think the vastness and energy of the sea is what creates it fascinating to so many. When the sea is upset, it is a energy to be afraid of and well known. When the sea is relaxed it can be found swiftly like a soothing massive.

Although I appreciate seascapes and experiences that catch the raw energy and energy of an threatening sea, I discover myself more partially to a seascape image of a relaxed sea. I most appreciate a Seaside Landscape of surf carefully caressing the coast at sundown or an awesome exotic seascape complete of shade and lifestyle. To me there is nothing in the world more soothing and soothing than a soothing sea the kiss the coast of a exotic beach at sundown. That would be my meaning of heaven and I probably discuss that meaning of heaven with many people, I think.

I try to invest all my holiday time by the beach but when I can't be near the sea, I appreciate watching wonderful Seascape Photography. No issue how difficult my day was, when I look upon a wonderful Seascape image, it requires me to a soothing position and creates everything all right. That's the energy of the Sea and a wonderful Seascape Photograph.

You know what.. I expect the protocol right now should be that I'm all cool about this but I'm not succeeding AT ALL.. a few days ago I was featured on the incredible VSCO Journal.  The photography they feature totally blows me away every single time and I'm not kidding.. I actually cannot believe that my photographs are on there.. and I couldn't be happier that they have featured my trip to Zambia with Sound Seekers..

Over the past three years there have been a few moments that stop me in my tracks.. where I look around and go 'Shit.. is this REALLY happening?'.  This feature truly means a lot to me and I'm not going to be embarrassed to say it..

And if I could give you one bit of advice... don't ever, ever, ever think those dreams of yours are too big.. because they do sometimes come true...

Including Personality to Your Picture Launches With Water Themes

You might have perfected light, structure and a attractive amount of photo methods, yet, when you look at your last product you feel that there is still something losing. As if something is not right. This tends to happen when we usually ignore the very primary components that provide character to a picture.

life lately..

We've had a pretty lovely February.. we've finally come to the end of the epic 'paint all the things' house makeover. It's taken us about 6 weeks to paint everything, get a new kitchen floor.. new carpet.. have a HUGE clear out and get pictures up on the walls.  There is still a few 'little' jobs to finish but it finally feels like home and that feeling is absolutely incredible..

Feb also gave us a bit of time to just chill..we hung out at home..bought some new clothes (I'm kinda feeling the aztec thing this year), ate well, went to hot yoga, played with some new cameras, shot quite a bit of personal stuff and my second article (about branding this time) appeared in Photo Pro Magazine.. yey!

We then had the pleasure of heading down to Brighton for a few days for a shoot involving some friggin' awesome shoes.. (which I'll be talking about very soon).. we were there for just 3 days and had the most incredible luck of being graced with sunshine for the whole trip.  We both really needed it and came back refreshed and so, so happy..

Life is, once again going to start getting a lot more hectic from now on as wedding season is about to kick in. I am determined more than ever for this year to be filled with good times in and out of work.. I want to keep exercising, eating well, taking the normal amount of days off a week and making more memories for us.. I'm really looking forward to the year ahead..

One of my favourite parts of a wedding is when the Bride is getting ready in the morning.. and one of my favourite moments is when I get to see their dress for the first time... hanging with anticipation ready to be worn and loved and looked at and danced in.. it gives me goosebumps every time.  Over the past 3 years we've been lucky to photograph some absolutely beautiful dresses and back in November one of our Bride's wore the sweetest dress you ever did see.. brighton rocks..

Three days in Brighton.. and the sun came out and warmed our hearts.

When you work with a group of people that want the same thing.. that are on the same page and are all working together to create something special.. then that's exactly what you get.

I cannot wait to show you more from this shoot...

Re-living this wedding makes my heart warm and fuzzy and so amazingly full.  This day, this beautiful part of Cornwall.. this gorgeous little family has left an impression on my heart forever and looking at these photographs makes me so, so grateful to be able to do this job.

Their day was exactly what it should be about.. about love.. about them.. and about the family they had made together.  They married at Lamorran Gardens overlooking the sea and then kids with bare feet and sausage rolls squished in tiny hands played hide and seek amongst the huge plants in their beautiful gardens.

We then headed to the beach where trousers were rolled up.. pretty dresses were switched to 'sand friendly' attire and ice creams were licked sat on picnic benches on the top of the hill watching the sea slowly cover the beach..

There was such a beautiful sense of ceremony.. everyone getting ready in their outfits in the morning.. understanding the importance of what was to come.. but at the same time such a wonderful normality where kids were free to play.. bums were soggy from sitting on the sand and because the cafe where we were all supposed to have dinner was closing earlier than we realised.. everyone settled for ice-cream and cake instead.. well.. who wouldn't? ;)

Rebecca and Dave.. you have such a beautiful, beautiful family and it was a total honour to hang out with you all on your wedding day.. we could've stayed all week.. :)
